DJI RS 4 Overview
Enhanced operation efficiency, native vertical shooting, and an expanded accessory ecosystem make the DJI RS 4 a powerful tool for the mirrorless camera shooter. The gimbal only weighs around 2.4 lb and sports a load capacity of 6.6 lb capable of supporting your compact camera build. Teflon-coated axes reduce friction for a smoother balancing and operating experience. Other intuitive features include a fine-tuning knob, auto-locking OLED screen, and RSA communication port for use with expanded accessories.
Second-Generation Quick Release Plate Design
With the familiar dual-layered quick-release plates of its predecessor, the RS 4 makes mounting and balancing your camera a breeze. The horizontal plate is newly designed for faster transitions to native vertical shooting. A fine-tuning knob adjusts the tilt axis to move your camera forward or backward. The upper plate has added placement guides for secure camera mounting.
Second-Generation Automated Axis Locks
When the gimbal is powered off, you can press and hold the power button, and the three axes unlock while the gimbal expands automatically, allowing you to start working in just two seconds. Press the power button once, and the axes automatically lock and enter sleep mode, making a move or storage significantly more efficient. The second iteration of this design has created smaller gaps when locked to further reduce gimbal shake.
RSA Communication Port
The RSA communication port allows you to integrate Ronin series accessories into your gimbal configuration. Add Ronin-specific or third-party accessories with control capabilities to switch between different shooting configurations. The DJI RS SDK protocol will allow third-party manufacturers and other developers to create future customized functions for the RS 4.

কি কি কারনে ওয়ারেন্টি দেওয়া হয়ঃ
►► অফিশিয়াল প্রডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের সার্ভিস সেন্টারে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে
►► ডেলিভারী কৃত পণ্যটি নকল বা ভুয়া মনে হলে (আমাদের ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে অবহিত করুন।)
►► ডেলিভারীকৃত পণ্য নষ্ট হলে (আমাদেরকে ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে)
►► আপনার অর্ডার করা পণ্যের পরিবর্তে ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারী করা হলে
►► ওয়েবসাইটের ছবির সাথে পণ্যের মিল না থাকলে
কিভাবে প্রডাক্ট রিটার্ন করবেনঃ
যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারনে আপনি আপনার প্রডাক্ট রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন। সেজন্য আমাদের ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে অবহিত করুন। আমরা যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের ডেলিভারী ম্যান পাঠিয়ে প্রডাক্ট রিটার্ন অথবা রিপ্লেস করার ব্যবস্থা করব।
পণ্য রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ এর ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের সন্মানিত ক্রেতাদের কাছ থেকে কোন অতিরিক্ত টাকা পয়সা নেওয়া হয়না।
বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্যঃ আমাদের কুরিয়ার পিকাপ টাইম প্রতিদিন বিকাল ৩টা। এই সময়ের আগে অর্ডার করলে আমরা ওইদিন কুরিয়ারে পাঠিয়ে দিতে পারব। ৩টার পরের অর্ডার গুলো পরেরদিন কুরিয়ারে হস্তান্তর করা হবে।

►► এরপর পণ্যের ছবির নিচের দিকে “কেনার জন্য এখানে ক্লিক করুন” লেখা বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
►► আপনার নাম এবং ঠিকানা লিখুন।
►► অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের জন্য আমাদের কিছু টাকা অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে।
►► অর্ডার ফর্মে দেওয়া বিকাশ নম্বরে উল্লেখিত পরিমান টাকা বিকাশে সেন্ট মানি করুন।
►► আপনি যে নম্বর থেকে টাকা পাঠিয়েছেন, সেটা উল্লেখ করুন।
►► সব শেষে নিচের দিকে “সাবমিট করুন” বাটনে ক্লিক করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করুন।
►► আপনার তথ্য সঠিক ভাবে প্রেরিত হলে আপনি একটি অর্ডার নাম্বার পাবেন।
►► আপনার অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট যাচাই করার পর আমরা আপনার ফোনে একটি কনফার্মেশন এসএমএস পাঠাবো।
